Help buying a skateboard!!!!?

Beginner interested in skateboarding. Well I want to buy a skateboard...preferably parts for me to build..this will help me understand the skateboard more. It worked for me and computers, after building a couple, I understand it ALOT more.

When I was about 9, my mom decided to make me pay for my own skateboard, being 9 I didn't have money and bought a wal-mart board...YES I KNOW but I was 10 and I was broke, also had to save money to get skateboard shoes. So I did an ollie...MY FIRST ONE!!! SO HAPPY...not so happy when I started to skate away...BROKEN trucks. My parents blamed it on my weight buy hey I was just a little overweight, 110 pounds.

Details....I think you will need these

160LBS
size shoes 8 nikes, 7.5 re bocks
Height 5'4'' and growing.. (growing spurt just started....expecting 5'8'' + by summer
Not sure what else you need.

Willing to spend 300 dollars CND MAXIMUM - including shoes + accessories ex. Helmet, skate tool etc.

Deck - What deck? Give me a good deck, solid deck. ( I AM NOT GETTING A ELEMENT DECK BECAUSE OF THE RUMOURS I HAVE HEARD...(break after 1 month...I am not rich)

Grip Tape - Give me a good one, I want sticky ones...real sticky because I had trouble sliding my foot up when I ollied when I was 10, might be because my lack of skill...

Hardware (nuts + bolts...) I think it can be anything/won't improve/decrease performance. But just to be sure, tell me =)

Trucks - I am probably not going to be grinding anytime soon -Beginner- but hey I want decent ones that won't break when I ollie, or grind (if i get to it)

Wheels - I am going to be street skating most of the time(NOTE: Before I had trouble because I couldn't ride on the sidewalk because my sidewalks are made really crappy and have these ridges/bumps every meter so I kept wobbling and falling. Also at the end of my driveway its not smooth, there is a bump that goes to the street and I kept falling and scrapping up my knees) not going to be in parks because of shyness...don't wanna be the one falling contently on a tiny ramp... will get there though.

Washers - Should come with trucks but do I need them?

Bushings (<-- Think thats how you spell?) What are good? I had a problem with my other skateboard not turning hence 20 dollars.... I had to literally lift the front of the skateboard and pivot with the tail of the skateboard.

Bearings - I want at least 7 ball bearing and I will probably going up hill half the time, and down hill the other half this is because all my friends live north of my house and the road goes up...so when I go to them = uphill , going back to my house vice versa = down hill. The angle of the hill is nothing more than 15 degrees but when I bike down, I don't peddle because I go a good 5km/h or more when I do....

Shoes - I want good shoes, my last ones were 60 dollars and I had to spend 60 because I had no money. They were trash and didn't fit my feet (to small) had to buy junior shoes because adult shoes cost an extra 10-30 dollars. AND NO MY PARENTS WOULD'T PAY.

I think thats all. If that isn't all please add what I need, I have been watching several tutorials/ tips on youtube to get all this information if your asking...I've seen numerous questions on yahoo answers just saying... ''I want a skateboard what do I need" I look into what I want first to make sure I truely want it.

I am not planning on building my own board from scratch so don't say that.

Please give me prices + suggestions.

I have 300 CND but have an extra 50 if its like 301 or something...
